Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company products, services, and policies
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives and staff members
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Excellent customer support skills to provide exceptional service to visitors and callers
- Proficient in order entry processes to accurately input customer information
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records, is preferred for medical office settings
- Accurate data entry skills to input information quickly and efficiently
- Ability to assist with personal assistant tasks, such as calendar management, for executives or staff members
