Commercial Plumber

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Technician with 10 years of commercial plumbing experience. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, industrial facilities, and schools. The ideal candidate can work independently, follow blueprints, and adhere to local plumbing codes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
• Assemble and install valves, fittings, and pipes (copper, PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, galvanized)
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Test systems for leaks or issues using proper gauges and diagnostic tools
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades on job sites
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Document completed work and report any issues or follow-ups needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 10 years of verifiable commercial plumbing experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, tools, and equipment
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
