Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled MIG Welder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in welding, metal fabrication, and blueprint interpretation. This position requires strong attention to detail, consistent workmanship, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for assembling, welding, and inspecting metal components to meet company and customer quality standards. You must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding operations on metal components following established specifications
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders with accuracy
• Fabricate, cut, and assemble materials using appropriate tools and equipment
• Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Maintain equipment, tools, and work area in a clean and safe condition
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and welding processes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high work standards
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• Welding certification is preferred but not required
• Ability to successfully complete any required pre-employment screenings
