Handyman

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across our facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor installations.
  
  
• Inspect and troubleshoot facility issues, recommending and implementing solutions as needed.
  
  
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in good working order.
  
  
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
  
  
• Assist with setup and teardown of equipment or furniture for events or projects.
  
  
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding maintenance needs and progress.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman work.
  
  
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting skills.
  
  
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
