Industrial Cleaning Technician – Paint Shop Support

Position Summary
We are hiring reliable, hard-working individuals to support production operations within an automotive paint manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role critical to keeping the paint shop running efficiently.
This is NOT a janitorial position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform production support duties such as changing robot covers and emptying sealer buckets.
• Complete facility and booth maintenance, including replacing booth masking and removing/installing floor grates.
• Remain active throughout the shift, including continuous walking, standing, and manual tasks.
• Adjust to fluctuating production demands, as workload may vary day to day.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Physical Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, and work continuously for the duration of the shift.
• Lifting Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Work Conditions: Comfortable working in a hot, industrial environment and performing tasks that involve getting dirty.
• Pre-Employment Requirement: Must pass a drug screen within 48 hours of offer.
• Orientation Availability: Must be available to attend orientation on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.

• A Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• B Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• C Shift: Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• D Shift: Friday–Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
