Essential Job Duties
- Sweep, mop, and clean warehouse floors and work areas
- Remove trash and dispose of waste properly
- Clean shelves, storage areas, equipment, and workstations
- Assist with organizing inventory and warehouse materials
- Help clean out and prepare warehouse areas for daily operations
- Move boxes, pallets, and other materials as needed
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
- Assist with additional warehouse or general labor tasks as assigned by management
- Previous cleaning, janitorial, warehouse, or general labor experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials
- Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Perform repetitive bending, kneeling, reaching, and twisting
- Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
